Join Dr. Jon Kedrowski and Hollie Sue Mann for this immersive retreat where we will invite you to take a step back and engage in the reflection and mindfulness of meditation necessary for quieting your mind and finding the Warrior Within. Our goal during this retreat, through storytelling, sound healing, chanting, meditation, and yoga, is to help you reach the right headspace to get to that sacred place within, that safe and perfect place that will allow you to reach the impossible while also exploring the untapped potential inside of yourself.
Hollie Sue Mann is the Director and Co-Owner of the Telluride Yoga Center. In 2019, she left a career as a professor of political theory at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to pursue teaching yoga and writing full-time. This brought her to Telluride, where she has her own yoga school and private practice. Her teaching style reflects her background as a philosopher and social justice advocate, as well as her love of music, art, and spirituality in many forms.
Dr. Jon Kedrowski is a Professional Mountain Guide, Skier, Author, and Adventure Coach. He has guided clients on the Seven Summits (Highest Peak on each Continent) with multiple summits of Everest, Denali, Aconcagua and is a veteran of 27 Expeditions to Peaks over 18,000′. His company, Dr. Jon’s Adventures creates expeditions and leads excursions to mountain ranges all over the world. Dr. Kedrowski has written 4 books and is a native of Vail, CO.

* Every guest will have a daily, hour-long, in-room bodywork session in the afternoon coorinated with afternoon training and wellness sessions.
Highlighted evenings throughout the retreat will include plant-based
cooking classes, workshops with wellness experts, live music, guided meditations, sound baths, and Kirtan.
