  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Yes, there is a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Your remaining balance is auto-drafted 30 days prior to Day 1 of your session. We accept secure payments from all major credit cards through the Stripe platform.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If your plans change 31 days or more prior to your chosen arrival date, we offer a deferral of your deposit for another session, based on availability, within 12 months of your original arrival date. If you are within 30 days of your arrival date, the full session amount will be auto-drafted from your payment method—we are happy to rebook your reservation for another session, based on availability, within 12 months of your original arrival date.

  • How many guests are on each RESET retreat?

    Each session is an intimate group of 15-20 guests. This helps to maintain safety and relaxation while trekking and ensures first class service throughout your retreat.

  • Do you accommodate couples or group bookings?

    We welcome couples, spouses, and family and friend groups to book your retreats together. We are also happy to accept bookings for corporate retreats. Please email [email protected] for details.

  • Do you offer private (i.e. single-person or single-party) retreats?

    Solo travelers or groups of up to four looking for a completely customized RESET experience can do so through a private retreat. Throughout your private retreat, you will have a dedicated concierge that will work with you to tailor a one-on-one RESET program to your needs, including private trekking, destination adventures, additional spa therapies, dedicated time with our fitness director and other specialty experiences curated exclusively for you.   • Are there options for arriving early or staying longer?

    We offer special Saturday programming for guests who wish to arrive a day earlier or stay a day later to ease back into their routines. Each additional Saturday booking is $1,000. To arrive early, book your Acclimation Night on the Saturday before your session. To depart later, extend your reservation at the time of booking with a Reentry Night.

  • Do you have retreat options longer than 6 days?

    Yes, you can add one-week retreat sessions to extend your RESET experience. We recommend this for anyone who craves additional adventure travel, hiking, and high-altitude training, as well as guidance for fitness goals and plant-based nutrition.

  • Can I pre-book an annual RESET retreat?

    Yes! We would love to become your ritual for wellness, wilderness and lasting transformation. Please email [email protected] for details.

  • Will I have a private room?

    Yes, each guest has a private reservation for a bespoke room at the Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection. Your RESET curated room is set up to provide you with restorative sleep and sanctuary. Features of your room include organic cotton linens, nurturing bath products, a device vault to help you reconnect with your natural rhythms, and blue-light blocking glasses to rest your eyes.

  • Will RESET provide appropriate gear for treks and workouts?

    Yes; we will provide state-of-the-art technical gear, equipment, and layers to ensure you have a safe, comfortable experience. You will receive a full packing list prior to your arrival.

  • What if I need medical attention during my retreat?

    In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have direct access to local medical providers. Please note any health issues during your intake call with the RESET Program Director after booking so that we can ensure you safely enjoy your retreat to the fullest.

  • What type of weather should I expect?

    RESET Telluride operates seasonally from the beginning of May through the end of October. Daytime temperatures typically range from the high 50s to low 70s Fahrenheit. Stunning vistas, cozy evenings and unforgettable sites await you, rain or shine, no matter the time of year.


  • Is transportation covered in my fee?

    Airport transfers will be provided to RESET guests arriving and departing at the KTEX airport in Telluride, Colorado. All other arrivals and departures can be arranged through our transportation partners. Additional information available upon request.

  • Will I be responsible for any of my meals?

    RESET is an all-inclusive wellness retreat and provides three plant-based meals per day of your stay, as well as organic snacks, elixirs and mocktails. The seasonal menu is prepared by our plant-based culinary experts who are dedicated to deliciously clean eating.

  • What does RESET mean by "clean" food and beverages?

    Fresh ingredients are carefully sourced and selected from local farms to help you create lasting transformation. Our chef-led plant-based menus are committed to eliminating inflammatory ingredients such as hidden sugars, processed additives, alcohol, and unhealthy fats. We concentrate the power of a plant-based diet to nourish your whole body for lower blood pressure, less inflammation, improved digestive health and enhanced vitality.

  • Do you accommodate food preferences and requests?

    Food allergies and dietary restrictions are discussed during your intake call with the RESET Program Director so we can properly prepare for you.

  • What housekeeping services are available at the hotel?

    The Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection, operates with the highest standards of service. Housekeeping staff will ensure your room is deeply cleaned before arrival. Daily freshening, linen changes, and a turndown service are included in your stay. RESET staff members will provide daily, personal laundry service, as well as specially-curated morning and evening room drops to ensure ultimate comfort.

  • What services and amenities are included at the RESET Wellness Center?

    The exclusive RESET Wellness Center is designed as a center for movement, healing and enhancements with targeted strength and cardio equipment; yoga, meditation, and massage; physical therapy; and body composition scanning and reading. Other available healing modalities are acupuncture, oxygen enrichment, nutritional coaching, IV therapies, and hyperbaric chamber therapy.

  • What services and amenities are included at the hotel?

    The pool and hot tubs at the Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection, are available to all RESET guests. The exclusive RESET hospitality suite with organic teas, botanically-infused water, and delicious plant-based snacks is always available for RESET guests.

  • Are gratuities included in my fee?

    Yes, we proudly ensure our staff is well-taken care of. If you feel someone has gone above and beyond during your stay, you are welcome to show your gratitude.


  • What is the nearest airport to RESET Telluride?

    For private or charter flights, you can fly directly into Telluride Regional Airport (KTEX). Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) is serviced by commercial airlines and is a beautiful 65-mile drive from downtown Telluride, Colorado. Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO), also serviced by commercial airlines, is located 2 hours and 20 minutes from our location in Mountain Village, Colorado.

  • How long does it take to get to RESET Telluride from the airport?

    The RESET Wellness Center and accommodations are 6 miles from the Telluride Regional Airport (TEX). We are 65 scenic miles away from the Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ). You can arrive in less than 2 1/2 hours from the Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO).


  • What if I don’t feel like hiking one day?

    We encourage you to tune into your needs during your stay—if you desire a different exercise or relaxation experience, our wellness guides are here to support and assist you.

  • What risks should I consider before booking?

    Each mountain trek is led by an AMGA certified guide; our training and fitness sessions are supervised by experienced wellness staff. We have carefully curated the RESET experience with safety in mind at every step to suit a wide range of lifestyles and capabilities. However, it is important that you share any physical or health concerns with us during your intake call with the Program Director to ensure appropriate safety measures are in place.
